When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and suburb, your selected product parameters, and the reference photographs you upload.

We use your information solely to prepare a quote, arrange delivery, and fulfil your cast. Your reference photographs are used to sculpt your piece and are not used for any other purpose.

We do not sell or trade your information. We may share delivery details with a courier solely to ship your completed piece within South Africa.

We retain your enquiry details and photographs for the duration of your cast and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@3dprintme.co.za.

We may photograph completed busts and embossed photographs and share these images in our completed works gallery and on our social media channels. If you would prefer that we do not share images of your cast, simply let us know at the time of your enquiry or any time thereafter and we will respect your wishes.
