Terms of Service

Every piece is made to order. Submitting an enquiry is not an order - it is a request for a quote. No cast begins until you accept the quote and payment is received.

Payment is arranged off-site after you accept the quote. We do not process payment on this website. Production begins only once payment has been received in full.

Standard turnaround is four weeks from receipt of payment. An expedited option reduces turnaround to two weeks. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with the complexity of a piece.

We ship within South Africa only. Delivery is quoted based on the suburb you provide. Risk in the piece passes to you upon dispatch.

Because each piece is custom-made to your specification and reference photographs, completed casts are non-refundable. If a piece is defective or damaged in transit, contact us within seven days of receipt and we will make it right.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photographs you provide and that you grant us permission to use them solely to produce your cast.
